In a market saturated with “choices” for individual meals and family entrees, why choose Janette’s Custom Calorie Meals? What makes these meals and entrees different than the others?

♥ Janette’s Custom Calories Meals provides many options for cuisine and snacks with variations between Customized Individual Meals, Healthy Bakes, Stuffed Cups & Drop-Biscuits (Keto and Paleo-friendly)Fresh-Frozen Slow-Cooker Entrees, and Gourmet Treats & Eats. 

♥ Flexibility with meals being low-carb, moderate-carb, moderate-protein, or high-protein. We have clients of all food-plans: Keto, Paleo, Weight Watchers, Whole 30, Clean Eating, Body-Building (Trainer-Specified), and etc. 

♥ All recipes are homemade with whole foods and simple ingredients, absent of highly processed ingredients.

♥ Seasonings NEVER come from a packet, always created from scratch, and sugar is NEVER added.

♥ Cuisine options are fresh-frozen. Our convenient cuisine options are prepared a few days before they are delivered to you.  After a cuisine option is prepared, weighed, portioned, packaged, and labeled, the item is immediately placed into the commercial freezer. All orders are delivered on Fridays.  Fresh-Frozen Slow-Cooker Entrees are prepared every Wednesday. Custom Individual Meals, Healthy Bakes, and Stuffed Cups & Bread (Keto and Paleo-friendly) are prepared every Thursday, one-day before delivery-day. 

♥ Cuisine choices can be personalized according to macros, points, restrictions, and/or your food preferences, “or” cuisine choices can be more of a general selection. 

♥ Meals, bakes, entrees, and snacks (from start to finish) are prepared by the actual certified Food Safety Manager, the owner and creator, Janette.

♥ Only vegetables from the produce department are used for vegetable-side options, never canned (except pure organic pumpkin). 

♥ All veggies are stove-top steamed because the taste is richer.

♥ Nothing is baked or cooked in the microwave.

Example: 60 meals a month are prepared for a client prepping for a bodybuilding competition. This client eats 6 meals a day, but wanted 2 easy, take-on-the-go or eat-at-home meals for each day of the month. Typically, 3 different dishes are prepared for this client, creating 20 meals of each dish that the client rotates. His meal macros: Pro 50, Carbs 30, Fat 10.
